How To Schedule An Appointment

If the client is between the ages of 6 and 17, the guardian must fill out a form for the client and one for themselves.

Call, text, or email

Send a message through one of these methods. The message should include your name, the New Client Form(s) filled out, best time to reach you, and a brief message describing why you are seeking counseling.

Wait for us to reach back out

Once we have processed your message, we will reach back out to you to confirm an appointment time that works for you.

Payments

Payments are due at the time of the appointment prior to starting. We will process your insurance and let you know your copay amount. If you are not insured, our standard self-pay rate is $150 unless otherwise discussed.

Cancellations

If you are scheduled for an appointment and need to cancel, we ask that you give us 24-48 hours notice. We do understand things happen and will work with you to get you rescheduled.

If you have an appointment and do not cancel or show up, there will be a no show fee of $50.
